Types of Dust Collector Bags

Pulse Jet Bags

Ideal for dry dust applications, pulse jet bags operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios compared to shaker or reverse air systems. Dust accumulates on the exterior of the bag and is dislodged by a high-pressure blast of compressed air. Typically made from non-woven materials, these bags are compatible with pulse jet units and can be up to 26 feet in length.

Pleated Bags for Pulse Jet Collectors

Pleated bags address issues such as bottom bag abrasion and high-pressure drops. They increase filtration area by 200-300%, reducing air-to-cloth ratios and allowing higher airflow.
