Pneumafil offers a complete line of high efficiency static barrier filters, specifically designed for gas turbine inlet air systems. Available in MERV 11, MERV 14, MERV 15, MERV 16 and E10 HEPA efficiency level. The TMP and STMP series filters provide high volumetric air flow, low operating pressure drop and high dust holding capacity.
The key to performance is our proprietary wet laid and composite filter medium which is formed into eight (8) individual pleat packs and sealed into a V-Shaped arrangement. Each pleat has leading and trailing edge glue beads providing maximized flow distribution and lower resistance. TMP elements offer microfiberglass fibers for high dust holding capacity and efficiency. STMP elements are designed with 100% synthetic fibers for top performance even at 100% relative humidity. Gaskets are mounted to the header flange on either upstream of downstream side.
