Automatic Furnace Charge Preparation

The Euro-Equip Furnace Charging system intelligently integrates the charging of scrap and ferro-alloys by means of charging cars, fully adapting to the configuration and operation of each plant.

The solution is based on charge recipes for both components, which can be defined in fixed quantities or calculated dynamically according to the actual weight of scrap charged.

The system can automatically control crane movement, or alternatively supervise the process by validating product and quantities, while always maintaining safety and operational control.

The ferro-alloy dosing system is specifically engineered according to consumption, material granulometry, available space and melting process, and can be configured with one scale per product for maximum speed and precision, or with simpler solutions using a single scale.

As a distinctive hallmark of Euro-Equip, every installation is fully customizable, also incorporating logging and storage of historical data for complete process traceability.
