Sectional Pulse Jet Dust Collectors

Sectional Pulse Jet Dust Collectors

For large applications, generally greater than 4,500 ft2 (440 m2) media area, pulse jet baghouse / collectors are provided in prewired sections sized to suit shipping limitations.

Sub-assemblies can be prepared for bolting and/or welding on site. Common applications for sectional pulse jet dust collectors include kilns, boilers, dryers, mixers, coke pushing systems, sinter strand systems, furnaces, ladle casters, foundry sources, smelters, and many chemical applications. They can come in Top Access or Walk-in Access versions.

Top Bag Access Fabric Filter Dust Collector

For large gas volume applications, generally more than 4,500 ft² (418 m2) of media area. Compressed air cleaned filter bag dust collector, choice of camlock or snapband bag/ tube sheet for leak free connection.

  • Design pressures starting at 17” w.g. (4250 Pa) (higher levels are available)
  • All welded steel construction
  • Many coating systems available
  • Shell heating and insulation available
  • Steel bag retainers (cages), selected for the application
  • Components sized to suit shipping limitations
  • Prepared for bolting and or welding on site
