INTELLIGENT FUME CAPTURE (JET HOOD) & SMART EXHAUST CONTROL

Jet Hood and SEC (Smart Exhaust Control) combine phase-optimized hood aerodynamics with automated airflow regulation to stabilize capture efficiency at induction furnaces—especially in dynamic phases such as charging, slag removal, pouring and back-tilting.

By matching airflow to real process demand, the system reduces excess volume flow and energy consumption while maintaining reliable extraction performance. Designed for seamless integration into the overall MikroPul concept - extraction, ducting and downstream FS System filtration.
